Basic Application Course Graduation Ceremony

On 25 September 2009 a graduation ceremony of the Basic Application Course first and second years took place in the assembly hall, attended by Colonel GS Jaromír Zůna, TC-MA Commander; Colonel GS Josef Trojan, University of Defence Vice-Rector – Commander; and other honourable guests.

The Basic Application Course students were subordinate to the School Battalion during the two-month period. The training and teaching part of the course in Vyskov was provided by the Institute of Training. The first year of the Basic Application Course was successfully completed by 127 students of total of 150, in the second year it was 112 of 121. Those students passing the final exam were awarded a certificate recognizing their achievement in the course which is at the same level as the Course for Training Commanders of Squads for the first-year students and the Warrrant-Officers` Course for the second-year students. As a result of the joint exam, pro-active approach and exemplary behaviour during the course WO1 Tomáš Ježek and WO1 Michal Skřebský were rewarded for being the best students in the course.
