Training Command – Military Academy

The Development Institute is a key conceptual component of the Commander of the Training Command – Military Academy for the development of the system of preparation of the TC-MA personnel. It provides:

• implementation of conclusions and lessons learned from the process of Concept Development and Experimentation in co-ordination with the Doctrine Institute and analysis of knowledge and experience from missions, which in co-operation with the Institute of Education, it implements into the ACR personnel preparation;
• professional and methodological management of the development and modernization of the Training Command – Military Academy, Education and Training Base and the ACR, the Military Training Areas and the ACR Simulation and Training Technologies Center;
• support to preparation of commanding corps and units for activities in the missions, the UN observers and personnel for NATO structures, the EU, accomplishing the tasks for the benefit of the ACR, military psychology;
• planning, co-ordination, implementation, evaluation and recording of foreign activities at the Training Command – Military Academy and co-ordination of the British Military Advisory and Training Team activities.
